Overview Aqua Tots Swim Schools Sterling Heights is looking for an Aquatics Manager. Must be able to multitask, be extremely organized, manage a team, and work in a fast-paced environment. Salary Salary: $50,000+ per year Based on Experience Benefits Flexible set schedules Weekly pay Bonuses - monthly, quarterly, and yearly Weekend meals Benefits Package Growth Opportunities Requirements Availability to work full time Availability to rotate weekend shift from 8:30am-3pm (Saturday and Sunday) Ability to manage and lead a team Work alongside General Manager and Guest Service Manager to provide a positive work environment Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area 2 years swim experience 2 years management or leadership experience Duties Scheduling Training Staffing Maintenance Ordering supplies Customer service Managing and leading a team Schedule Position is salaried based on experience. Must be able to accommodate 40-45 hours per week. Schedule requires 4 weekdays (Monday-Friday) of a work schedule that can range from 9:30 am-8:00 pm and we require 1 weekend day (Saturday and Sunday) with a shift from 8:30 am-3:00 pm that rotates weekly. #J-18808-Ljbffr
