Demonstrate clinical competency, nursing judgment, and teaching skills to support high-quality patient care. Independently perform general and unit-specific clinical skills; assess, plan, implement, and evaluate all assigned patient care under the supervision of the charge nurse. Manage care for antepartum, intrapartum, postpartum, nursery, and post‑op gynecologic patients; monitor maternal and fetal status; administer medications; ensure accurate documentation. Maintain supplies and equipment; promote teamwork with physicians and personnel across hospital departments; adhere to privacy, confidentiality, and patient rights policies. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the health care team; support patient education and discharge planning. Requirements Active RN license to practice; state‑specific licensure as required. One year minimum of acute care RN experience. Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing. Certifications: Current BLS, ACLS, Neonatal Resuscitation Certificate, and STABLE. Ability to work in a high‑acuity OB unit according to department standards. Must be vaccinated for COVID‑19 per state mandate. Strong written and verbal communication skills; basic computer proficiency.
