Responsibilities for Business Analyst include but are not limited to:

· Analyze the contact center market to identify sourcing opportunities and risks.

· Conduct supplier financial and spend analysis to support procurement decisions.

· Negotiate favorable commercial terms with suppliers.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives.

· Identify and communicate supply chain risks and strategic recommendations.

· Optimize supply chain performance through cost, capacity, and benchmarking analyses.

· Support program management, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.

Candidates for Business Analyst must meet the following requirements to be considered:

· Experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Procurement, or a related field.

· Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

· Experience with supplier management and financial analysis.

· Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

· Ability to build relationships and influence cross-functional teams.

· Capable of working independently and managing multiple priorities.

· Experience resolving complex supply chain challenges.

· Contract negotiation experience, including commercial and legal terms, is a plus.

Pay Details: $68.09 per hour
