Salesforce Business Systems AnalystThe BSA will be embedded within the Partner Experience team and responsible for the following:Requirements gathering, documentation, and user story authoring across Salesforce Partner Experience featuresProcess mapping — current-state and future-state documentation for partner-facing workflows (onboarding, deal registration, portal access, program management)Stakeholder alignment across Alliance Operations, IT, Sales, and Channel teamsUAT planning, facilitation, test case review, and defect triage oversightSprint backlog grooming and story-readiness reviews with the engineering teamSupporting go-live activities including, stakeholder communications and cutover planningRequirements gathering, documentation, and user story authoring in a Salesforce contextProcess mapping, gap analysis, and current-state / future-state documentationStakeholder management across business, product, and engineering teamsUAT planning, facilitation, and defect triage oversightWorking knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, or PRM processesProficiency with Jira or similar project tracking toolsStrong written and verbal communication skills — must be able to produce clear, audience-appropriate documentationLegally authorized to work in the United StatesSalesforce Administrator or Salesforce Business Analyst certificationExperience in partner operations, channel sales, or alliance programsFamiliarity with agile delivery, sprint planning, and backlog groomingAbility to translate complex business processes into clear technical requirements for a Salesforce development teamExperience supporting go-live activities including stakeholder training and change managementBackground in cybersecurity, SaaS, or channel-heavy organizationsIndividual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
