What You'll Do • Develop new commercial and industrial accounts. • Become a trusted advisor to maintenance managers, fleet managers, plant engineers, shop owners, and business owners. • Help customers reduce equipment failures, extend service intervals, lower maintenance costs, and improve reliability. • Build recurring business through exceptional customer relationships and technical problem-solving. The Right Candidate • B2B outside sales experience (industrial, fleet, construction, equipment, manufacturing, agricultural, or technical sales preferred). • Entrepreneurial mindset and self-motivation. • Strong relationship-building and communication skills. • Organized, driven, and coachable.
