Dean of Nursing and Nurse Administrator - Tampa, FL

Salary: $110,000–$117,000 annually + Full Time Benefits Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Dean of Nursing & Nurse Administrator to lead the nursing program at the campus. This role is responsible for faculty leadership, nursing program operations, student success, curriculum oversight, clinical partnerships, and compliance with Board of Nursing and accreditation standards. Responsibilities Lead and manage full-time and adjunct nursing faculty and staff Recruit, onboard, mentor, coach, and evaluate faculty Oversee faculty scheduling and nursing program operations Maintain compliance with Board of Nursing, accreditation, and institutional standards Establish and maintain clinical site partnerships Monitor clinical readiness of students and faculty Develop and maintain advisory boards with clinical and community partners Track NCLEX pass rates, graduation rates, completion rates, and other academic outcomes Develop action plans to improve program performance Support curriculum development and program assessment Advise and support nursing students Promote student engagement, retention, and academic success Participate in campus, faculty, university, and community meetings Support budgeting and resource management Build strong relationships with students, faculty, staff, clinical partners, and community organizations Requirements Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited institution required Active, unencumbered RN license in Florida Minimum 2 years of full-time teaching experience in a nursing program within the last 5 years 3–5 years of leadership or management experience in an academic or clinical setting This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced nursing educator and leader looking to take ownership of a nursing program while making a direct impact on faculty development and student success. #J-18808-Ljbffr Cross Country Healthcare
