Litigation Paralegal (WLA)

Reputable HOA litigation firm in West LA is seeking a paralegal role supporting one attorney in a litigation practice. Responsibilities include managing all aspects of discovery (propounding and responding), preparing pleadings, compiling and tracking documents, e‑filing in state courts, calendaring deadlines and court appearances, and assisting with trial preparation (exhibits and trial binders). The role also provides overflow support to the litigation assistant and helps with case strategy.
