We are growing and are seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join our team! This position will work directly with prospective customers as well as coordinate with our marketing team to drive our company forward and reach the widest audience for our services.

In this role you will:

• Identify, engage with, and track qualified leads and prospective customers.
• Conduct on-site visits and meetings to educate customers about our services and upcoming events
• Leverage sales tools to drive productivity and an efficient sales process
• Represent our company with professionalism and integrity, while adhering to company policies and values

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• High level communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to overcome objections
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
• Demonstrate accountability and enthusiasm for achieving goals
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Familiarity with CRM platforms
• Ability to rapidly build rapport with potential clients
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented

What we require in a candidate:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
• Previous experience in outside sales

Compensation Structure:

• Base pay $15/hour with uncapped commission – successful reps can earn $150k+​​
