Field Engineer – Wadsworth, Ohio Location: Wadsworth, Ohio (projects primarily in Cleveland, Columbus, or Detroit). Responsibilities Review project specifications, contract drawings, and geotechnical baseline reports; ensure resources are available. Conduct pile load tests and other QA/QC tasks as required. Generate and manage required documentation, including field data reports, schedules, field logs, and resource requirements. Gather, communicate, and maintain production target and goal documentation on a daily and weekly basis. Perform data monitoring and collection tasks involving automated computer/software systems; compile and prepare data reports. Fully understand and adhere to Keller risk management policies and procedures; identify major risks and implement mitigation measures. Collect time and quantity data while maintaining daily and weekly logs; interface with the superintendent on quantity updates. Track and log project changes; assist the project team in identifying changes that require escalation. Participate in pre‑planning and toolbox meetings; ensure compliance with all Keller and OSHA safety requirements. Log all quality non‑conformance issues and notify management for resolution; exercise stop‑work authority for safety and quality issues. Perform additional duties as assigned to support branch and company objectives. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (preferred). Excellent computer, written, and verbal communication skills. Willingness to travel as required. Additional Information Salary Range: $70,000–$80,000 per year (actual salary based on experience, skills, scope, location, and other factors permitted by law).
