Retail Marketing Specialist (eCommerce & Retail Content) We're seeking a Retail Marketing Specialist to support the execution of digital retail content across major retail partners. This is a hands‑on, execution‑focused role centered on content review, quality, and delivery—not high‑level marketing strategy or brand leadership. What You’ll Do Review, manage, and deliver digital content for major retail partners Coordinate product copy, imagery, banners, and other digital marketing assets across retailer websites Ensure content is accurate, compliant, and delivered on schedule Partner with internal marketing, web, and agency teams to support content execution Support retailer websites with content updates and digital merchandising initiatives Assist with SEO and website content optimization Coordinate with internal teams on social media and future AI initiatives (these are supporting responsibilities, not primary functions) Manage multiple projects while maintaining exceptional attention to detail Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in retail marketing, eCommerce, digital content, shopper marketing, or content management Experience working directly with major retail partners is required (Walmart, Target, Costco, Sam's Club, Amazon, Walgreens, CVS, etc.) Experience reviewing, managing, and publishing digital content Strong attention to detail and commitment to content accuracy Experience coordinating with cross‑functional teams and external agencies Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals and website content best practices Familiarity with website terminology such as metadata, structured data, image alt text, sitemaps, and HTML concepts (coding is not required) Bachelor's degree required Preferred Qualifications Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) or retail industry experience eCommerce, digital merchandising, or shopper marketing experience Project Management certification Experience with Microsoft Office and SharePoint Who Will Be Successful This opportunity is best suited for someone who enjoys executing and managing retail content rather than developing marketing strategy.
