Commercial Roofers Wanted

$22–$35/hr • Year-Round Work • Paid Training

Kansas City Metro | Office: Olathe, KS

Boone Brothers Roofing is hiring Commercial Roofers for projects throughout the Kansas City metro area . Our office is located in Olathe, KS .  Work is local, with occasional travel depending on project needs.

We are a Nations Roof Company , part of one of the largest and most respected commercial roofing organizations in the U.S. That means consistent work, professional crews, strong safety standards, and long-term stability .

Commercial roofing experience is preferred, We will train motivated individuals willing to learn will be trained  in the construction industry.

• TPO, EPDM, PVC, Modified Bitumen & BUR
• Occasional shingle work on multifamily & apartment complexes
• New construction, re-roofs & service work
• Industrial, retail, office, hospitality & multifamily buildings
• Insulation, vapor barriers, metal flashing & roof accessories

(This is primarily commercial work — shingle projects are limited to multifamily/apartment buildings.)

• Commercial or large-scale roofing experience preferred
• Willingness to learn and work safely
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Reliable transportation to job sites
• Willingness to travel when projects require it
• OSHA certification a plus (paid training provided)

Pay: $22.00 – $35.00/hour (based on experience & skill level)
Work: Steady, year-round projects
