Express Employment Professionals has teamed up with 3M in Red Wing to hire Assemblers across multiple shifts. This is a terrific entry point into manufacturing with clear skill-building opportunities.
Pick a schedule that fits1st Shift
- Monday–Thursday | 4:00am–2:30pm
- Monday–Thursday | 5:00am–3:30pm
- Monday–Thursday | 5:00am–2:30pm AND Friday | 5:00am–9:00am
2nd Shift
- Monday–Thursday | 3:30pm–2:00am
- Monday-Friday | 3:00pm - 11:00pm
3rd Shift
- Monday–Friday | 11:00pm–7:00am
- Tuesday–Friday | 8:30pm–7:00am
- Follow simple blueprints and work instructions
- Assemble and fasten components with small tools and equipment
- Sew product parts as needed (training provided; no prior sewing required)
- Perform quality checks to ensure standards are met
- Rotate among tasks throughout the shift
- Contribute to team-based production goals
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to stand/walk for the full shift and lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- At least 6 months of work history (any industry)
- Reliable attendance and a willingness to learn
- Comfort working in a team setting
Ability to pass a drug screen, background check, and coordination assessment
Work setting- Clean, bright, climate-controlled
- Small-team collaboration with variety—no all-day repetition

- Must commute to Red Wing, MN (on-site only)
