The family resides in Silicon Valley and maintains secondary residences nearby. The household is supported by a professionally managed family office, with legal payroll, written policies, guaranteed hours, and a dedicated household team. The ideal candidate will be organized and thoughtful in their approach, treating safety, confidentiality, and flexibility as top priorities. This person will be calm and even-keeled, skilled at creating and maintaining a quiet environment for family spaces, and able to pivot as priorities change. They will support reading, math, manners, and executive function alongside outdoor play, museum learning, and age-appropriate independence.
