Floor Manager – White Dog Cafe - Chester Springs The White Dog Cafe, part of Fearless Restaurant Group, seeks an experienced Floor Manager. This role will oversee daily operations in a high‑volume setting, manage and mentor a team of 50‑75, maintain service standards, and ensure an exceptional guest experience. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations and ensure quality service. Coach, mentor, and lead a team of 50‑75 staff. Develop and maintain schedules, inventory, and purchasing plans. Use POS systems and handle financial transactions. Implement operational standards and resolve conflicts. Coordinate special event execution. Maintain food safety standards and compliance. Ensure guests receive high‑quality service. Qualifications 1+ years of restaurant experience in a high‑volume, excellence‑driven environment. Extensive service knowledge. Extensive experience training staff. Excellent work ethic and dedication to hospitality industry. Motivated to meet or exceed operational standards. Outstanding written and verbal communication. Experience in scheduling, inventory, purchasing. Ability to work full‑time (50‑55 hours per week). Conflict resolution, special event execution. Knowledge of wine, beer, spirits is preferred. Food safety knowledge and ServSafe Food Handlers license. Experience working with POS systems. Recruiting, staff education, and motivation. Salary/Benefits Salary: $60,000‑$70,000. Direct deposit. Two consecutive days off per week. Set schedule. Premium PPO health and dental insurance through Independence Blue Cross. 15 days paid vacation (Yr 1‑4); 20 days paid vacation (Yr 5 and onward).
