Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experienceMinimum Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy required. Preferred: Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy.CO State licensure as a Physical Therapist.Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date.
