Role: Physical Therapist in Sports Medicine Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, develop and implement individualized treatment plans using various therapeutic techniques, and educate patients and families to promote recovery and long-term well-being. Emphasizes a multidisciplinary team approach, safety, and quality care, while modeling proficiency through precepting new staff. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy (Master's or Doctorate preferred), active CO licensure, and Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification. Strong assessment, diagnostic, and patient education skills are essential. Key Duties: Provide direct patient care, create personalized treatment strategies, and foster patient empowerment.
