Key Qualifications:

• Active Texas SLP-CCC required
• Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) supervision welcome
• Demonstrated experience or strong interest in pediatrics and school-based speech-language services
• Proficiency in assessment, goal planning, and data documentation
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and education teams
• Proven ability to manage a diverse K-12 caseload efficiently
• Previous contract or healthcare setting experience preferred but not required

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to students
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
• Participate in IEP meetings and maintain accurate records per school and state compliance standards
