Qualifications:

• Current Texas SLP CCC credential is required
• Experience in pediatric, school-based, or healthcare SLP settings
• Open to Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates and experienced SLPs alike
• Strong knowledge of assessment, intervention, and IEP development for K-12 populations
• Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational abilities
• Collaborative approach to teaming with educators and caregivers

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students from kindergarten through 12th grade
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs and IEP goals
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to integrate therapy goals within the classroom setting
• Provide direct intervention, monitor progress, and adapt strategies as needed
• Maintain timely and accurate records in compliance with district and state requirements
• Offer consultation and training to teachers and parents to support generalization of skills
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
