Your Role in the Lab

• Conduct routine and advanced clinical laboratory tests—covering areas such as chemistry, hematology, and immunology—following established protocols.
• Assess test results for precision, troubleshoot discrepancies, and carry out preventive maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment.
• Assist in specimen collection and prepare samples for analysis as required.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of all procedures, mentor new team members or students, and uphold laboratory quality standards.
• Ensure a clean, secure work environment while adhering to all regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be obtained within one year of employment.
• Maintain current certification throughout your tenure.
