Part-Time Production

Great Lakes Veneer currently has immediate openings for part-time positions in general production. These manufacturing positions work regular schedules during our Day and Night Shifts, averaging 4 – 6 hours in length. These positions offer the opportunity to earn above-average wages along with the flexibility required to balance personal and family commitments with work. We offer two types of positions: Regular Part-Time for adult workers seeking 15 – 30 hours of work per week. U-18 Student Program for high school and college students ages 16 -22 seeking to combine work with attending school full or part-time. Duties include general production tasks and responsibilities working in manufacturing operations. Requirements include basic math, ability to read a tape measure, stacking, pushing/pulling, light lifting (up to 25 pounds occasionally), twisting, bending, reaching, and the ability to stand for long periods of time. Good attendance, common sense and maturity, and safe work habits are essential! Great Lakes Veneer offers a competitive starting wage based on manufacturing and work experience.
