Travel Occupational Therapist

Make a meaningful difference as a travel occupational therapist with Jackson Therapy Partners. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate occupational therapist to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve their daily skills while exploring a new location.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active Colorado Occupational Therapist license is required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience providing home health occupational therapy services is required.
• Demonstrated experience with evaluations and development of individualized treatment plans for older adult populations, including activities of daily living (ADL) training and adaptive equipment recommendations.
• Experience with documentation systems commonly used in home health settings and ability to complete timely, accurate clinical notes.
• Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and coordinate care within community-based programs.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to patient homes.
• Preferred: Previous experience with PACE (Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly) programs or hospice/home-based palliative care.

• Shift Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Float Requirement: May be required to travel to multiple patient homes within the service area.
