COMPENSATION

• Commission-based compensation range: $65,000–$175,000 annually
• Typical first-year earnings: $65,000–$105,000
• $16.90 per hour during initial training, plus commissions
• Industry-leading commission percentages, bonuses, contests and manufacturer incentives
• Top performers may earn above the stated range

Actual earnings are performance-based and vary according to individual results and the terms of the dealership’s written compensation plan.

New associates typically begin with approximately two weeks of testing, role-playing and hands-on training. Additional senior-associate shadowing is provided when appropriate.

Our Business Development Center will also teach you multiple ways to develop your own customer base.

Thirteen of our fifteen dealership managers have been with the David Wilson Automotive Group for more than 15 years. Together, our leadership team has launched hundreds of successful automotive careers.

No automotive experience or current salesperson license is required to interview. Toyota of Orange will assist selected candidates with the licensing process.
