Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Mental Health Counselor at SharpLane, you will work with a varied patient demographic ranging from adolescents to older adults. Your role will encompass addressing a spectrum of mental health challenges including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, eating disorders, and substance use issues. The ability to adapt your approaches to meet the culturally diverse backgrounds of our clients is paramount, ensuring respectful and effective interactions that acknowledge each individual's unique circumstance.

Qualifications\n

  A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

  Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW in the state of Nevada.

  A minimum of two years of clinical experience delivering mental health counseling services.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a sign-on bonus of up to $1,000.
