Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop individualized treatment plans that address each client's specific needs and goals.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities to provide evidence-based interventions, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and solution-focused techniques.

• Collaborate with physicians, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

• Monitor client progress through regular follow-up appointments and adjust treatment plans as necessary to enhance outcomes.

• Provide psychoeducation and resources on mental health issues to clients and their families to empower them in their journey.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation within our electronic health record (EHR) system to meet compliance and insurance requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele primarily includes individuals facing challenges related to anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.

Compensation and Benefits\n
