Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing you to provide quality behavioral health services from the comfort of your own space while supporting clients across various settings, particularly school-based environments. You'll benefit from a flexible work schedule and the ability to connect with clients via secure digital platforms that prioritize privacy and confidentiality. With work hours from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, you will maintain an optimal balance between your professional and personal life.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs, formulating personalized treatment plans that guide therapeutic interventions.

• Deliver high-quality telehealth and in-person behavioral health services tailored to individual clients and group therapy sessions, ensuring that the approach aligns with best practice standards.

• Utilize our electronic health record (EHR) and practice management systems to document client interactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining detailed progress notes and treatment summaries.

• Promote cultural sensitivity in service delivery, recognizing and respecting the diverse backgrounds and identities of clients to foster trust and rapport.

• Establish and cultivate effective, collaborative relationships with multidisciplinary teams and support staff, enhancing overall client care.

• Engage in crisis intervention as necessary, providing immediate, compassionate support and linking clients to additional resources as appropriate.

• Continuously research the latest advances in mental health practices to ensure that service delivery remains informed and proactive.

You will work primarily with a diverse population, including children, adolescents, and their families, navigating various mental health challenges. As a part of our school-based initiatives, you will have a direct impact on students’ well-being, helping them thrive in their educational environments and addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, and trauma.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• An active and unrestricted license to practice as an LCSW in the state of Nevada.
\n
• Demonstrated proficiency in clinical skills, capable of conducting assessments and delivering therapy in accordance with best practices.

• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage and update calendar availability for effective client scheduling.
\n
• Capability to produce high-quality clinical documentation promptly following client sessions.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least two years of relevant experience providing behavioral health services in a clinical setting.

• Experience working within a school-based environment or with school-aged populations.
