As a remote employee, you will liaise with a multidisciplinary team that includes psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and case managers. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments to understand clients' needs thoroughly.

• Work directly with patients to develop individualized treatment plans that reflect their personal goals and cultural considerations.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) in various settings, including individual, couple, family, and group therapy.

• Provide crisis intervention services and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless continuity of care for patients in acute distress.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in accordance with clinic policies and regulatory standards, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries.

• Empower patients and their families through psychoeducation, equipping them with the knowledge and skills necessary to manage their mental health effectively.

• Engage in ongoing collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate comprehensive care, ensuring that all aspects of a patient’s health are addressed.

• Regularly conduct outcome assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of your therapeutic interventions and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed.

• Stay abreast of current research, best practices, and emerging trends in the mental health field to continuously enhance your clinical practice.

• Adhere to ethical guidelines and maintain patient confidentiality at all times.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be individuals who have faced trauma and adverse life circumstances, including but not limited to survivors of abuse, neglect, and other forms of hardship. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work is required, with a focus on clinical practice.

• An active State license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary range for this position is USD $70,000 to $84,000, dependent on experience and qualifications.
