Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments encompassing psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments to identify client needs and challenges.

• Collaborate closely with clients to develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate cultural considerations and personal goals, ensuring alignment with their unique circumstances.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including CBT, DBT, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), effectively delivering services in various settings including individual, couple, family, and group therapies.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention services, partnering with other healthcare professionals to guarantee continuity of care for patients experiencing acute distress.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, encompassing progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries, adhering to clinic policies and regulatory standards.

• Offer psychoeducation to clients and their families, empowering them with the necessary knowledge and skills to manage mental health conditions effectively.

• Engage with a multidisciplinary team, which includes psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and case managers, to coordinate comprehensive care plans that improve patient outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $84,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
