You will be working closely with a detox center, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team that includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coherent and comprehensive care for our client population.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments to accurately understand each client’s situation and needs.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, focusing on actionable goals that take into account their cultural backgrounds and personal experiences.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) to individuals, couples, families, and groups.

• Offer crisis intervention services, including immediate support to clients in acute distress, and effectively coordinate care with other healthcare professionals.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation, creating progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries that adhere to clinic protocols and regulatory requirements.

• Empower clients and their families through psychoeducation, equipping them with knowledge and skills to foster self-management of their mental health.

• Conduct regular outcome assessments to gauge treatment efficacy and make data-informed adjustments to treatment strategies.
