Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth psychotherapy sessions with clients, utilizing various modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care.

• Perform comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and formulate accurate diagnoses using established psychological frameworks.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that address clients' specific goals and challenges, adjusting approaches as necessary based on client feedback and progress.

• Provide timely crisis intervention, including conducting suicide risk assessments and coordinating hospitalizations when necessary.

• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, nurses, and community resources, to create a unified care strategy for clients.

• Document all client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes accurately and promptly in our case management system to ensure continuity of care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
