This position offers a remote work setting, allowing for flexibility while maintaining effective communication with a dedicated team of professionals. Since our focus is on school-based services, you will frequently collaborate with educational staff and families to facilitate a cohesive approach to children’s developmental needs. Although your primary location will be remote, interactions with local schools and families will be essential to ensure proper implementation of tailored interventions.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Care First Counseling Center, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to gauge the developmental needs of children.

• Lead the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP), ensuring that each plan adapts to the unique requirements of the child and family.
\n
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to monitor progress and adapt interventions based on outcomes and family feedback.
\n
• Provide educational support and resources to families to enhance their child’s developmental skills in various domains, including cognitive, emotional, physical, and social.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based practices and the Natural Learning Environment Practices to recommend family-centered strategies that foster skill acquisition and learning.

• Deliver ongoing support to families, addressing their concerns and priorities while fostering a nurturing environment for the children.
\n
• Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations relating to clinical practices in school settings.
\n
• Utilize coaching models to facilitate understanding among families and children about developmental goals.
\n
• Participate in continuous training and professional development to further enhance your skills and adapt to the evolving needs of the population served.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve children from infancy to the age of three, particularly those with disabilities or developmental delays. Care First Counseling Center aims to offer comprehensive services that enable these children to develop vital skills during their critical early years. Qualifications\n

The successful applicant will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree or Doctorate in Social Work.

Compensation and Benefits\n
