As a Senior Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Broadview Mental Health Solutions, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing individualized counseling and emotional support to patients and their families, focusing on the adjustment challenges associated with detoxification and recovery.

• Collaborating closely with our interdisciplinary rehabilitation team to develop and implement tailored treatment plans that address both psychosocial and clinical needs, ensuring a holistic approach to patient care.

• Assisting patients in navigating and accessing vital community resources, such as support networks, vocational rehabilitation services, and housing assistance, to aid their ongoing recovery.

• Educating patients and families about post-rehabilitation services and community resources to foster sustained independence beyond our care.

• Participating actively in discharge planning to ensure smooth transitions for patients transitioning back to their homes or other support settings.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with individuals undergoing detoxification from substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
