Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments that include psychosocial evaluations, risk assessments, and diagnostic interviews to identify the unique needs of each student.

• Engage with students and their families to develop tailored treatment plans that align with their specific goals, cultural backgrounds, and holistic needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) in either individual, couple, family, or group therapy settings.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention services when necessary, ensuring the most vulnerable students receive timely support and connecting them with ongoing care as needed.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, including treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries, ensuring adherence to all regulatory guidelines.

• Deliver psychoeducation to students and their families, equipping them with the tools needed to manage mental health challenges effectively.
\n
• Collaborate with a dedicated multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care, conducting regular outcome evaluations to assess and optimize treatment effectiveness.

• Stay abreast of current trends and research in the field of mental health, integrating innovative practices into your clinical approach.

• Uphold ethical standards and maintain the confidentiality of all client information at all times.

Compensation and Benefits\n
