Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations and risk assessments, to understand the needs of each student.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that focus on the specific needs, goals, and cultural backgrounds of each student.

• Utilize evidence-based therapies such as CBT and DBT to deliver interventions in individual, family, and group settings, addressing issues relevant to school-aged children and adolescents.

• Provide crisis intervention services, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure a seamless continuum of care for students in acute distress.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, adhering to regulatory guidelines and clinic policies.

• Deliver psychoeducation to students and their families, equipping them with tools and knowledge to effectively manage mental health challenges.

• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including educators, school psychologists, and case managers, to coordinate comprehensive support for students.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, with an annual base salary between USD 70,000 and 84,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
