Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Clarity Consciousness Behavioral Center, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough psychosocial assessments to identify each client’s individual strengths and areas for development.

• Providing evidence-based therapy, utilizing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and solution-focused approaches tailored for children and their families.

• Collaborating with educators, parents, and other healthcare providers to develop comprehensive treatment plans and coordinate care that addresses the academic and emotional needs of students.

• Advocating for clients and their families by connecting them with vital community resources, such as educational support services, housing assistance, and family counseling programs.

• Documenting all client interactions and progress meticulously in electronic health records (EHR) to ensure compliance with state regulations and to facilitate continuity of care.

• Engaging in regular team meetings, case conferences, and training sessions to continuously enhance clinical skills and knowledge of best practices in school-based mental health services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on children and adolescents in a school setting, addressing a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, and academic performance. You will work closely with a diverse population of students and their families, ensuring that therapy is culturally sensitive and inclusive.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this position, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s degree in social work from an accredited program.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.

• A minimum of two (2) years of post-licensure experience providing clinical social work services, specifically in a mental health context.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Clarity Consciousness Behavioral Center offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 yearly , commensurate with caseload and experience. In addition to financial compensation, we provide:
