Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide both individual and couples therapy sessions for clients representing a wide range of ages and backgrounds, using evidence-based approaches tailored to their unique needs.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all clinical notes, ensuring compliance with privacy and ethical guidelines.

• Efficiently manage scheduling to ensure ongoing appointments are maintained and that your calendar is current, providing seamless client access to care.

• Utilize our billing service for claims management, including client and insurance accounts receivable, enabling a focus on therapeutic work rather than administrative tasks.

• Develop individualized treatment plans by assessing client needs and goals, adapting your therapeutic approach based on a variety of clinical presentations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will be working primarily with clients filtered through our detox center, who are often experiencing anxiety, trauma, or related mental health challenges. Our clientele includes adolescents, adults, couples, and families, providing a diverse range of cases. The compassionate and skilled LCSW we seek will engage clients to foster accountability and motivation for their therapeutic journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work or Clinical Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active and unrestricted license to practice independently in the state of Illinois (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers an annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000, complemented by performance-based bonuses. As a full-time W2 employee, you will receive:
