Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand client needs and develop individualized treatment plans that address mental health challenges.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to help clients achieve their mental health goals, providing psychotherapy as appropriate.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on a variety of clients, including those dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. Experience working with senior populations is particularly valuable, as many of our clients are older adults facing unique challenges related to aging. Your empathy and culturally competent approach will help to bridge gaps in understanding, ensuring that every client receives personalized and effective care.

Qualifications\n

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• A valid LCSW license to practice in Nevada is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
