Accounts Receivable Coordinator
Select Water Solutions' AR Coordinator performs administrative functions in accordance with policies determined by or in conjunction with management. The Coordinator also provides general administrative and clerical support to an assigned location.
The essential job functions include, but are not limited to:
- Manage open invoice to create and send field tickets and reconcile accounts.
- Processing and posting approved tickets, ensuring accurate application to specific invoices.
- Generating reports and assisting with outstanding approvals
- Providing excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving billing issues.
Other duties may be assigned.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required:
- Proficiency in OpenInvoice or similar AR systems.
- Strong billing knowledge and experience.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Experience with customer service and managing field tickets

Physical Demands and Exposures:
- This position works inside a climate-controlled environment. The company will supply adequate training and equipment to perform the functions of the job.
- Monday Friday, 8am-5pm.

- Needs high degree of concentration in a busy area.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
