ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for James Manley - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
• Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
• Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Willingness to engage in sales conversations.

Our agent is a graduate of Mount Saint Mary College and has spent his entire career with State Farm, beginning as a team member while still in college before opening his own agency. Today, he leads a team of five who are passionate about serving customers and making a positive impact in the community.

We actively support organizations such as Meals on Wheels of Greater Newburgh and the Police Unity Tour, along with other local charitable and community initiatives. Compensation: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

• I have been a State Farm agent since 1990.
• Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Agent Team Member.
