This isn’t a role for someone who punches a clock and waits to be told what to do. It’s for an A-player who takes ownership, moves with urgency, and gets deals across the finish line. You’ll take off-market properties from signed contract to closed sale. That means underwriting each deal, putting it in front of the right investors, negotiating terms, and making sure every closing happens on time. You’ll build and own our buyer network across Colorado, and your income will reflect your effort, not someone else’s ceiling. We’re a tight, data-driven team that moves fast and holds a high standard.
