Dozer Operator - $28-$35

Job Description

We are seeking skilled Heavy Equipment Operators for a data center construction site. Operators will run Dozers (D6–D8) for pushing dirt, knocking down high areas, and building material piles; Excavators (300 series and minis) for digging footings, utility trenches, and rough grading; and Motor Graders (JD 872 Series) for maintaining and fine‑grading on‑site haul roads and work surfaces. Candidates must be able to work safely and efficiently in a fast‑paced, large‑scale site environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate Motor Graders for site maintenance on haul roads and surcharges.
• Utilize Dozers and Excavators for loading haul trucks and digging footings.
• Ensure accurate grading using GPS technology.
• Conduct civil site and construction tasks with precision.
• Maintain equipment operation efficiency and safety standards.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in operating heavy equipment such as Motor Graders, Dozers, and Excavators.
• 4+ years of experience in Excavators, Dozers, or Motor Graders.
• Familiarity with Antler Controls on Motor Grader.
• OneSource level 2+ certification.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with equipment operation such as Wheel loader, Tractor, Scraper, Bulldozer, Loader, Backhoe, Skid steer, and Track hoe.
• Knowledge of civil construction and fine grading techniques.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Elkhorn, NE.

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $35.00/hr.
