Role Description We are seeking motivated, detail-orientedEntry-Level Readiness Leadersto join our team. This position is ideal forrecent college graduatesor individuals early in their careers who are interested in project readiness, coordination, and operational support.No prior experience is required—comprehensive training will be provided. Position Overview The Entry-Level Readiness Leader will support project teams by assisting with readiness planning, coordination, and reviews to help ensure projects are prepared for successful execution. This role offers hands‑on training and growth opportunities in project readiness and review processes. Key Responsibilities Support readiness planning and project preparation activities Assist with readiness checklists, documentation, and tracking Participate in readiness reviews alongside senior team members Help identify gaps, risks, and action items impacting readiness Coordinate with project stakeholders to gather required information Maintain accurate readiness records and status updates Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) required or in progress No prior experience required Strong organizational and communication skills Willingness to learn readiness processes and tools Ability to work in a team environment What We Offer Full training provided Mentorship from experienced readiness and project professionals Opportunity for growth into advanced readiness or project roles #J-18808-Ljbffr Weatherly Consulting
