Duration: Full-time permanent role

Shift: Typical clinic hours, rotation for inpatient call

Hours/Week: 37 days/year (including CME, holidays, sick time)

Employment Type: Hospital-employed

Licenses/Certs: Active medical license in MI; DEA; Board Certified in Hematology and Oncology preferred

Experience: Open to new graduates and experienced providers

Pay & Benefits

Pay package discussed upon application

Competitive base salary ($525,000$625,000) based on MGMA standards, training, and experience

Sign-on bonus of $50,000

What You'll Do

Provide full-scope Medical Oncology and Hematology care, approximately 80% outpatient and 20% inpatient

Manage a patient panel of around 25 outpatient and 510 inpatient cases

Collaborate closely with a team of 3 full-time Medical Oncologists and 1 Hematologist

Support a multidisciplinary cancer care team, utilizing state-of-the-art diagnostic and supportive services

Participate in a shared call schedule and support satellite clinics as needed

Engage in teaching opportunities with Central Michigan University's College of Medicine

Contribute to advancing cancer research initiatives

What You Need

Valid medical license in Michigan

Board Certification or Eligibility in Hematology and Oncology

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Excellent interpersonal and patient-centered communication skills

Experience in outpatient and inpatient Hematology/Oncology preferred but new graduates considered
