Position Description Accenture Federal Services is looking for a Business Process Lead to analyze and reengineer existing business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Lead and manage projects from initiation through completion, ensuring timely delivery of objectives. In this role you will: Analyze and reengineer existing business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness Lead and manage projects from initiation through completion, ensuring timely delivery of objectives Develop and implement strategic communication plans to support project and change initiatives Build and maintain strong customer relationships to understand needs and deliver tailored solutions Gather and document business and technical requirements from stakeholders Basic Qualifications 3 years of experience leading large‑scale federal projects Experience implementing solutions in federal agencies Desired Skills MBA Experience communicating change management to federal agencies Security Clearance An active TS/SCI clearance is required As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the following states: California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland. The base pay range for this position in these locations is $118,300–$149,100 USD. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
