Work Environment

As part of our onsite rehabilitation center, you will work directly with patients in a collaborative, supportive environment. Our facility is equipped with state-of-the-art technology and equipment to deliver high-quality physical therapy services. Our work schedule operates from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, ensuring a balanced work-life environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate patient requirements and develop individualized treatment plans that reflect their specific goals.
• Maintain an efficient patient load, ensuring personalized care by limiting one-on-one sessions to one patient per hour.
• Administer effective, cost-efficient therapies aimed at improving patients' range of motion and overall mobility.
• Utilize manual therapy techniques and evidence-based interventions to reduce pain and improve physical function.
• Design fitness and wellness programs tailored to patients' unique rehabilitation needs and assist them in establishing sustainable healthy habits.
• Document and update patient progress accurately, utilizing EMR Software like WebPT to track rehabilitation outcomes.
• Collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and enhance therapeutic outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment protocols, exercises, and healthy lifestyle choices that promote recovery.
• Motivate and encourage clients throughout their recovery, ensuring an empathetic approach to their rehabilitation journey.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of treatment plans, making adjustments as necessary based on patient feedback and progress.
• Foster a culture of patient safety and quality care through diligent adherence to best practices in physical therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (MPT or DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida, with no record of board or disciplinary actions.

• Strong ability to design and implement comprehensive exercise programs catered to diverse needs.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your personal and professional growth.
