Lead market expansion across the United States, driving growth through strategic partnerships and closing significant deals that shape the future of sustainable egg production. What are you going to do? As National Sales Manager USA, you drive VDL Jansen's expansion throughout the United States market. This field-focused role positions you at the forefront of business development, building lasting relationships with dealers and clients while executing large-scale sales initiatives that advance the company's market share and presence. Tasks and responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to expand customer base and market share across the U.S. poultry industry Cultivate strong relationships with existing dealers and clients while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities Lead in-person negotiations and close significant deals, securing long-term partnerships with key accounts Provide expert guidance on system specifications, pricing structures, and contract terms for major projects Oversee successful project delivery and ensure exceptional customer service throughout implementation phases Travel extensively across the United States to meet with clients, assess market conditions, and strengthen business relationships The offer VDL Jansen offers a dynamic, collaborative environment where short communication lines enable fast decision-making and efficient execution.
