Pay : $56000 base salary plus commission with potential total pay of $75000 to $105000 a year.

We are seeking a Commercial Account Manager to oversee retain and grow a portfolio of high-value commercial this role you will manage ongoing client relationships conduct property visits identify service needs and drive sales through enhancements and new contracts. • Commercial Account Management Expertise: Experience managing client relationships preferably in landscaping lawn care or irrigation.
• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of lawn installation irrigation systems maintenance practices and pest control services.
• Sales & Proposal Skills: Ability to prepare present and follow up on proposals with a proven track record of meeting sales goals.
• Communication & Relationship Building: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust resolve issues and maintain long-term client satisfaction.
• Operational Awareness: Comfort working with CRM/operations software and coordinating with internal teams to ensure quality service delivery.
• Self-Motivation & Organization: Highly organized detail-oriented and able to manage multiple accounts independently.
• Requirements: Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients through trust reliability and consistent communication.
• Proactively manage client properties by identifying issues early communicating clearly and coordinating solutions with service teams.
• Conduct scheduled property visits (monthly bi-monthly or quarterly) and log all notes and activities in Aspire for accountability.
• Monitor crew performance and collaborate with department managers to ensure proper scheduling quality control and excellent service.
• Meet or exceed annual sales goals including $200K in landscape enhancements and $100K in contracts .
• Prepare and deliver professional sales proposals aligned with TMLP pricing standards.
• Follow up consistently on pending proposals to maximize close rates and revenue.
• Support collections by assisting Account Coordinators when clients are unreachable or payments are delayed.
• Cultivate relationships with key Most Wanted clients to become their trusted landscaping and irrigation advisor.
• Uphold company policies and set a positive example for other team members.
• Demonstrate company core values in all interactions and responsibilities.
• Maintain cleanliness organization and proper use of all TMLP assets including vehicles shop areas field offices and job sites.

Requirements

• Experience: 25 years of experience in the landscaping industry. At least 1 year of management or supervisory experience.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with Google Workspace Microsoft Office and CRM/operations software.
• Credentials: Valid drivers license with a clean driving record for the past 5 years. Associates degree in Business Administration preferred.
