Shift : 1st Shift

Job Summary :

Serve as technical lead and project delivery owner for complex substation design projects
Lead multi-discipline teams of engineers and technicians on large-scale substation and EPC programs
Manage project budgets, schedules, and quality requirements across multiple disciplines
Prepare complex engineering deliverables and research equipment/material recommendations
Serve as responsible charge for assigned projects, establishing and managing project work plans
Identify and respond to client interests and drivers on moderately complex to large projects
Support business development, proposals, and pursuit activities
Review and mentor junior engineering staff; support hiring and performance management for direct reports
