We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a leading general contractor in the Chicago market.

About the Role

This position will manage ground-up construction projects valued at $20M+, including industrial, large-scale commercial, higher education, and healthcare projects from preconstruction through project completion.

Responsibilities

Manage ground-up construction projects valued at $20M+
Oversee projects including data centers, industrial, large-scale commercial, higher education, and healthcare
Lead projects from preconstruction through project completion

Qualifications

2+ years of Project Management experience with a commercial general contractor

Required Skills

Proven experience managing ground-up projects valued at $20M+
Experience in one or more of the following: data centers, industrial, commercial, higher education, or healthcare
Strong leadership, budgeting, scheduling, and subcontractor management skills
Excellent communication and client relationship abilities
