Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive, ongoing care for individuals and families, covering all age groups from children to seniors.

• Perform physical examinations, interpret diagnostic studies, and develop tailored treatment plans to suit individual needs.

• Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) to keep precise and updated patient documentation.

Education Requirements:

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical institution.
• Completion of an accredited residency program in Family Medicine.

Certifications:

• Board Certification in Family Medicine.
• Eligible for or currently possess an active Minnesota medical license.
• Preferred certifications include BLS and ACLS.
