We’re seeking a motivated Receptionist as our Business Development Center Representative (BDC) to join our growing team.

What You’ll Do:

● Answer inbound calls, emails, and texts to assist customers.

● Schedule appointments and follow up with potential leads.

● Provide excellent customer service while promoting our dealership's inventory.

● Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in our CRM system.

What We’re Looking For:

● Bilingual (English and Spanish) is a bonus, but not required.

● BDC experience is a bonus, but not required.

● Excellent communication and phone skills.

● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

● Customer service experience is a plus.
